It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since we started #YCN. October marks our first anniversary, and we couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished together.

Reflecting on our first months, we’re proud to have laid down the foundation for our corporate M&A boutique firm, embarking on a journey fueled by our passion and expertise. Here are some highlights of matters we worked on:
– Advising on M&A and PE deals, providing guidance on transfer, financing, any roll over, the funds flow, the new governance structure, and the closing process.
– Advising on (cross-border) restructurings.
– Establishing management participations, drafting participation terms, and facilitating their practical implementation.
– Guiding stakeholders on preferred governance, drafting new articles of association, and preparing internal by-laws.
– Issuing legal opinions and offering second opinions to stakeholders.
– Setting up joint ventures.
– Assisting clients with navigating new ESG regulations, connecting them with ESG specialists, and aiding in adapting to the evolving ESG landscape.
– Advising on securities issuances and establishing new funds structures.
– Providing counsel on various corporate law matters and assisting in setting up legal entities.
– Supporting clients with their annual shareholders meetings.
