Merel Zwankhuizen is a Dutch civil law notary and corporate lawyer, boasting a 19-year track record in Corporate M&A and related notarial law. Merel’s expertise encompasses various facets of Dutch corporate law, including high-end corporate M&A, private equity and venture capital, complex (cross-border) restructurings and reorganisations, management and employee participations and corporate governance.
