YOURCORPORATENOTARY is an independent notarial boutique firm specialised in corporate M&A. Based in the Netherlands, we combine our extensive experience from working at top tier law firms with a personal approach. We specialize in high-end corporate M&A, private equity, complex (cross-border) restructurings, and corporate governance. We are passionate about our work and the people we collaborate with.
With over 20 years of top-tier experience, we have encountered a wide range of challenges and know how to navigate the unknown. Our approach is simple: we believe in keeping things straightforward. By working with a lean team, we foster close-knit relationships, allowing all parties to familiarise themselves with each other.
We leverage our (international) network to bring in trusted external specialists when needed, but we are equally happy to collaborate with any specialists our clients already work with.

Corporate M&A
As your civil law notary (notaris), we can advise and assist you on all notarial aspects of a corporate M&A deal. We can be involved from the early stages of a transaction through to completion and beyond, ensuring that every step complies with Dutch law while aligning with the broader commercial goals.
Restructuring
We advise on complex restructuring matters, both domestic and cross-border. Whether driven by financial distress, strategic shifts, or the need for (post closing) realignment, we guide our clients through each phase with clarity and precision.
Private Equity & Venture Capital
