Sophie specializes in various facets of Dutch corporate law, including corporate M&A, restructurings and reorganisations, corporate governance and compliance. Additionally, Sophie also has experience with high net worth estate planning, including (amongst others) drawing up wills, living wills, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and donations.
