YOURCORPORATENOTARY is an independent notarial boutique firm specialised in corporate M&A based in the Netherlands. As civil law notaries (notarissen), we focus on high-end corporate M&A, private equity, complex (cross border) restructurings, management and employee participations and corporate governance. We combine our extensive experience from working at top tier law firms with personal attention. We simply love our work and the people we work with.
Our approach is simple: we believe in keeping things straightforward. By working with a lean team, we foster close-knit relationships, allowing all parties to familiarise themselves with each other.
We can leverage our (international) network to bring in trusted external specialists when needed, but we are equally happy to collaborate with any specialists our clients already work with.
